Sea day # 3. Not much to report. Sunny day, lounger, lunch delivery to my lounger( love that Medallion Now App) captain reception, dinner, comedian ( remember: Im doing things that I dont normally do: research), visited a few different venues/bars for music and called it a night. Barbados tomorrow. We have 4 port days in a row starting tomorrow: Barbados, Dominica, St Maarten, San Juan.
Barbados: No Camo.... not even children. Who knew?

Curacao: as stated earlier I had a nice beach day. Mambo beach is awsome.. Easy $8 cab ride each way , $6 lounger.... I was there from 8-1:00. Went back to the Enchanted Princess, changed, grabbed a bite, hydrated (3 bottles of water and a drink) changed and headed out to walk. Walked over the Queen Emma Bridge and walked all over , tasted Blue Cruacoa, strolled around , watched the bridge open, ferried across, found an awesome brewery , tasted some local beer , had some fried pickles, and walked some more before returning to ship. Tomorrow is a sea day. Will enjoy the relaxation.

Curacao,
We docked early and ship cleared by 7:30. I was in a taxi to "Mambo beach" before 8 and enjoying the quiet before the busses get here. Im doing "touristy" stuff this trip to enhance my travel business knowledge base. Ill check in later.
Aruba (day 5, port 2)
The Enchanted Princess was cleared for disembarkation before 8:30 and After a quick breakfast, I was out and about. Today was simple, $5 open air bus to Eagle beach, $10 lounger and was ocean side before 9:00. Spent the day there until 2:30 when I decided to walk a few miles on the beach. $5 bus ride back to the ship and up to the Retreat Pool for about 45 mins before a shower. There was an Aruba cultural show at 5 which I attended for about 15 minutes (dancing, teaching local language phrases, etc); great for kids not for me. I headed down to deck 5 to "Good Spirits" (themed after a mixology TV show and every few hours they have mixology classes in a fun atmosphere) before dinner with Kerry K. We have been sitting with the same server almost every night. He knows what we like and dont like and is fabulous. After dinner we went out to watch for pier runners (none for an all aboard at 8:30 pm for a 9:00 departure). Im tired and in bed reading/ watching TV. Another port day tomorrow as we dock in Curacao. Goodnight. Not many pics today .

Just got back from the beach in Aruba but first a report on Bonaire from yesterday ( day 4 first port)
I rented a golf cart from Bonaire golf carts (reserved about 3 weeks ago , $100 for the entire day). Kerry Kritzman joined me and we explored the entire island. We started on the North side and then to the South (highlights include salt flats, snorkeling, donkeys, churches, partots, Flamingos 🦩Cactus distillery ) it was a full day as we picked up our cart at 8:30 and returned it around 3:00. So cool to pull over and swim/snorkel whenever we wanted. Back on ship we stipped for an ice cream treat spent some time at the Retreat pool, dinner in main dining room and then a Billy Joel Cover singer. He was "just Ok"...
In Aruba. Ill update Bonaire and Aruba tonight. Off to have some fun in the sun! ☀️
Oh what a day in Bonaire. Pics to follow. All aboard is until 6:30 but Im enjoying some deck time before showering for dinner.
Good morning from Curacao: day 4. Lots of adventures planned for today but first Ill review yesterday at sea.
Windy day with showers on and off. Was too windy to even use the outdoor track once it had gotten wet so a gym workout it was. A few rainbows came out between showers. On A quick breakfast from the World Marketplace (buffet) and then I decided to spend the day at the main pool. First up was "The little Mermaid " live action movie on the big screen. A band followed that and I called it a day around 1:30. I had plenty of sun, finished my book and decided to go to the dining room for lunch since one of my favorites, (Monty Cristo) was on the menu. The main pool was not busy since the wind was heavy and the bar servers were making rounds. Families enjoyed the pools while watching movies. Lunch was nice (Im not a dining room lunch person) , service was quick and friendly. The monte cristo hit the spot. I headed back to the room to shower before going to a wine tasting for Elite guests (again, Im not that into wine so this is not my norm). Was seated at a table for 8, enjoyed the presentation and even learned a thing or two. I liked one wine: the sweetest!! I then walked around a bit before dressing for formal night. Part of the Princess Plus package incudes 2 specialty (upcharge) desserts daily so I got a sundae to eat the candy from the top. Ate it before the pic... When I arrived in my room, tea service was there but I was stuffed (delivered every sea day). Dressed up and headed to the Elite reception in Vista Lounge. Then off to O'Malleys for some irish music before the Champagne Celebration. Formal night on Princess has a Champagne Celebration in the Piazza to start the evening. Nice celebration with music, dancers and a champagne flute fountain. Enjoyed dinner at Amalfi and then one of the Princess production shows. Nice relaxing day and am ready for a great day on land exploring Bonaire in a golf cart with another agent from Australia whom I met yesterday and we enjoyed dinner and a show together.

Day 1 in the books. I Ubered from the Westin Fort Lauderdale to the pier and arrived at 10:05. There was a 15 minute line to get through security but then I walked right onto the Enchanted Princess. That medallion works wonderfully; simply scan it, show passport and walk right on. I immediately went up to the top deck to reserve a lounger in the Sanctuary (adult only quiet area - see pics). It costs $40 a day and is well worth it to me. Unfortunately all the sea days were sold out so off to the "retreat pool" for a drink and some sun. The retreat pool is also adult only. I walked to the buffet area and grabbed a chix pot pie and some chips and cheese .. after a few hours in the sun I decided to test the medallion now app which allows guests (with certain uograde packages) to order food to any location. 25 mins later I had a fruit platter and key lime pie at my lounger. Walked around for sail away, went to room to unpack for this 14 night cruise, and am enjoying dinner. This is a beautiful ship. My inside stateroom is one of the largest Ive sailed in. I also get a little mini bar set up with mixers in my room. Nice perc! Enjoy my pics from today.
