LOCAL FIREWORKS SHOWS

The City's Independence Day fireworks celebration will take place Monday, July 4 beginning at approximately 9:30 p.m. The 20-25 minute show will coincide with patriotic music on radio station 93.9 The Mix. The fireworks display will be discharged from the Executive Golf Course area. Rainout date is Tuesday, July 5.
Other fireworks displays in Rapid City include Black Hills Speedway after the races on Friday, July 1. The Post 22 Firecracker Baseball Tournament fireworks display at Black Hills Surgical Hospital Ballpark is on Saturday, July 2 about a half hour after the final game of the day. The Rapid City Elks Golf Course will host holiday activities including a fishing derby and kids games on July 3 starting at 5 p.m. with the annual fireworks display at dusk. The annual fireworks display at Arrowhead Country Club will begin at approximately 9:30 p.m. on Monday, July 4.
The Rapid City Municipal Band will perform an Independence Day concert prior to the City’s fireworks show. The concert will be held at the Memorial Park Band Shell beginning at 7 p.m. The performance will include special guests from the Heartland Band. The Heartland Band from Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha will then take the stage for a performance at 8:30 p.m., leading up to the City fireworks display. There is excellent viewing of the City fireworks display from the Band Shell area.

We would like to find someone who is willing to lease our very unique Outfitter/Guide Permit on the Black Hills National Forest. This permit allows for us to conduct a horse back commercial operation. We are the only dude ranch where Mt. Rushmore can be viewed from some of our trails.
