to get us shut down for noise complainants, although I will keep it at a classy volume level unless you tell me to crank it. I have dance floor lighting, lasers, smoke, and even a bubble machine. I bring a 42 inch flat screen TV out and run a slideshow in the background of pictures you provide so when your guests walk by they can see whatever you want them to see. I bring out a LED smart light blanket back drop for extra photo opportunities. I usually charge somewhere between 600-800 dollars depending on if I am needed for the ceremony as well as the reception, if I have to setup and tear down multiple times for venue changes, and how far away the venue is from me. I give discounted rates for different, less busy days of the week, while Saturdays are always high in demand. There are just a few questions I have before I can give you the best quote I can. I will lock in your date when I receive a deposit of half, while the other half is due the day of. Deposits must be made at least 3 months before the date, but clients are encouraged to pay deposits earlier as your date is not secured until deposit is paid. There are just a few things I would need to know to ensure I do the best job that I can for you. I need to know where the venue or venues are and if they have a WIFI connection or not. I would like to know your preferred song selection. If you give me a list of like your favorite 80 songs or so I'll make sure to have them all downloaded. This is optional, I can just wing it and read the room if you prefer. I would need all of the pictures you would like for your slideshow if you wanted to do that. I would like an outline / timeline of your reception to help me prepare for your big day. It's basically telling me when I'm gonna announce anything and play a special song. I'm happy to supply anyone with a few example outlines from previous weddings that I've done to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. I'm here to help out with anything anytime. You can just email me the pics, song list, and outline at your convenience. You can mail me your deposit by check or money order or we can meet up for cash. I would like to take a few minutes to go over your outline with you either by meeting or phone to ensure that I understand all of your needs and that I get all the names pronounced correctly. Sorry for writing this long book for you to read through, but i like to be thorough and prepared when dealing with peoples biggest day.
