One month until the George B. Hitchcock House is open for tours. Have you made a trip to this historic site? What was the most memorable fact you learned?

We're just ONE MONTH away from opening day! Our volunteers will be busy this month finishing up interior walls & floors that were affected by the basement reconstruction...then we'll be moving all the furniture back in to the parlor & dining room. We may not have all the cosmetics done by May 1, but we'll still open! Also, please use caution on the south lawn, as it will be re-seeded as soon as the weather permits. We plan to rope off that area & we appreciate you not disturbing the new grass as it grows. Thank you!

We open May 1 & will be open Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays from 1 to 5. Last tour leaves the Granary at 4:15. If there is no tour at that time, we usually close early.

$5 per adult & high school aged children. All younger ages are free. Cash or check for tours & gift shop purchases.

Check out Saturday Night Bash at the Ballfields for full details of the night! A great group of people have made this into a wonderful event!
