2. More Rested – With more energy, I’m more productive around the house and able to help others without feeling drained.
3. More Focused – Taking a break clears my mind, so I’m sharper at work, more efficient with chores, and less forgetful.
4. Better Wife – We’re still riding the vacation high, feeling more connected and enjoying each other’s company.
5. Better Cook – After being spoiled with meals, I may not love cooking, but I’m refreshed enough to avoid ordering pizza for three nights straight!

Unplugging doesn’t come naturally—I always feel like there’s something I should be doing. But here’s what I’ve come to realize: if I don’t take those quiet moments to just be, I end up completely drained. So, I’ve been making it a priority to carve out time for myself, whether it’s reading, lounging in the sun, or just sitting still.
