Autographs are a great memory to collect in the parks. It’s also super fun to meet the characters! I’ve seen some super creative ways people collect their autographs as well. Some include:

This morning I’m finally looking back at all the pictures of last night’s Happily Ever After show at Magic Kingdom. It’s been a couple years since I’ve seen the show and I was so excited to see it. It did not disappoint. I also managed to get a pretty decent spot in front of the castle to watch. I highly recommend taking some time at the end of your day to watch Happily Ever After. The characters, the projections, the music, the fireworks…all stunning!

So happy I got this pic today! Don’t skip this photo spot! It’s on the back side of Spaceship Earth (the ball). Many people go for the photographers further back to get a full shot of the ball, but this location, much closer to the ball, had no one in it! Don’t pass up a chance to sit with Walt!

POV: Your Disney vacation countdown hits single digits.

🍴 Foodie Friday! Today’s Foodie Friday feature is Kernel Poppers in St. Augustine, Florida! 🍿 Popcorn is one of my favorite snacks and the flavors in this shop are incredible. From savory to sweet to totally unique you’ll find a flavor (or two or three!) to enjoy. The gentleman at the store was super nice and let us try all different kinds of flavors. You can choose your size and even put multiple flavors in your order. I highly recommend the peanut butter cup but there are so many good flavors. You can find Kernel Poppers on St. George Street.

Wow! What a trip! I shared a lot on my stories and now I can’t wait to share more pictures and details about our trip. Stay tuned!

Hold. The. Phone! I experienced something unexpected today. I walked right into Gideon’s Bakehouse. That’s right! No virtual queue, not even a line. Just got a menu card, walked right in, and nearly fainted from the heavenly smell. My favorite cookie is the coffee cake cookie which is only available from open until supplies last so I was super excited to score one today. It’s so good! What have you tried at Gideon’s? What’s your favorite?

🍴 Foodie Friday! This is your sign to NOT sleep on quick service locations and mobile ordering! Quick service locations have delicious food options too like these blueberry-lemon pancakes and this french toast bread pudding from Primo Piatto at the Riviera Resort. We placed our order through the My Disney Experience app while we were sitting in our room at Pop Century Resort. Once our order was placed we hopped on the Skyliner. Once we were approaching the Riviera we told the app we were there. We only had to wait a moment and our food was ready! Both of these dishes were extremely delicious! The crumble topping on the bread pudding was amazing! And in case you’re wondering, yes, you can visit and mobile order from resorts you’re not staying at. #disneytravelprofessional #disneydestinations #rivieraresort
