We can’t stress enough about how important is the insulation in your house.

Swipe to see How a sufficient insulated roof should look like.
Yes that’s right evenly frosted on the outside.

The first picture is an inner city renovation. We just Sprayfoam foam the first section of the perimeter to give this shallow roof the proper insulation value needed.

Can you tell where we stopped?
Off course we will complete the process of insulating this house down the road after we poly, seal and drywall the ceilings.
