I’ve been training with Adam for a while now, and I’ve found him extremely motivating and encouraging. With exercise I can be quite lazy if I can get away with it, but I find myself actually looking forward to our training sessions! been of a high standard which sets him apart. I have been training with Adam since Jan 2011 and am delighted to endorse Adam’s competency as a personal trainer. In the 30 years that I have regularly exercised I have often used personal trainers so feel very qualified to judge the quality of the service being delivered. He is organised and documents programmes and progress, which some have not. Adam has excellent technical knowledge and his quiet style of delivery is very effective and without realising it progress is made and maintained. I feel that my fitness and strength has improved markedly in the year I have been training with Adam and I would recommend him unreservedly. I’ve been training with Adam for about two years, and I’m at my fittest ever. He’s great at motivating and pushing me when I need it. He’s also great at matching my fitness programme to my current goals, and helps me identify and work on my weaknesses. He has great knowledge regarding the exercises we do, and is always willing to take the time to explain them to me. I feel that he’s a great trainer and really personalises the sessions for me so that I can get the most out of them.

Oosh! Been a while since I’ve posted here but some important news.

Today I added two more members to the ADPT Burpee 1000 club, and also welcomed the first two EVER members of the BurpeeKids Club.

Big ups to:

Andy ‘The Axe’ Richardson (fastest time on record at 3 hours 10 mins)

Samantha ‘Switchblade’ Rodrigues (first ever female member of the club)

And mega ups to Zoey (first BurpeeKid and boss of all the world), and Isaac (who not only became a BurpeeKid, but had the gas to sprint after the count sheet when it blew away - hero)

These guys and gals have become legends.
