A wonderful night at Prestonfield House , thank you to Prestonfield and Janine Cifelli for dinner, what a treat especially at Christmas time with their amazing decorations including 21 Christmas trees, just beautiful! For clients a luxury oasis in the center of Edinburgh packed with history, excellent service, exceptional food and wonderful accommodation.

Porto is one of those special cities, beautiful architecture, quaint streets, lovely cafes looking over the Douro river, arts and more. Definitely worth at least a two night visit before venturing to the Douro wine valley!

Bilbao & San Sebastián, the northern Spain Basque region, are must sees. San Sebastián was a beautiful seaside city, architecture, fabulous food (Pintxos & Basque Cheesecake, yum!), shopping, beaches, mountains just perfect! Bilbao, larger in size but filled with the arts, theatre and the main highlight, The Guggenheim! This is a must see area to any Spain or southern France Itinerary for at least 3 days, though I saw it in one!

Normandy | D-Day - A very somber day visiting the landing beaches and cemeteries, a must do for everyone and I would recommend at least 2 days to do it justice.

Normandy | Étretat & Honfleur - Two beautiful locations to add to any Normandy itinerary. Étretat with its striking rock formations and gardens and Honfleur with its beautiful old harbour and 16th to 18th century town houses, both featured in many of Claude Monet’s paintings.
