Your 3 reasons why is vital for any transformation!
That being any physical or mental change.
5 years back I was lacking any form of consistency
I was low on confidence and generally wasn't proud of where I was at.
But I always dreamt of having that beach shredded look. ✂️
Long story short after a messy break up. 💣
The first thing I did was book a one way flight to ibiza..... ✈️
That was enough to put the wheels in motion 🎡
From then I started training with some awesome training partners who taught me the basics of training, executing exercises properly, avoiding injuries.
I then went on to make my most drastic body transformation,
And I was astonished what good ex*****on. consistent training and making the right food choices could achieve.
I was in the shape of my life for that season and as my knowledge and no how improved, so did my results year after year.
As fitness has had such a positive impact for me personally I am now a qualified personal trainer!
