Here's a simple and refreshing recipe for Mango Punch:

Mango Punch Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups mango juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda (optional, for a fizzy touch)
1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
Ice cubes
Fresh mango slices, lime slices, and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare Simple Syrup: If you don't have simple syrup, make it by combining equal parts water and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat until the sugar is fully dissolved. Let it cool before using.

Mix Juices: In a large pitcher, combine the mango juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir well to combine.

Add Sweetener: Add the simple syrup to the juice mixture, adjusting the amount based on your desired sweetness.

Chill: Refrigerate the punch for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve: Just before serving, add ice cubes to the punch. If you prefer a fizzy punch, stir in the sparkling water or club soda.

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (use more for extra heat)
1 tablespoon adobo sauce (from the can of chipotle peppers)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 clove garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.
Season: Taste the sauce and add salt and pepper as needed.
Adjust Consistency: If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little water or more lime juice to reach your desired consistency.

1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup (120ml) milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.

Add Eggs: Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the flour mixture. Mix until just combined. If using vanilla extract, add it with the milk.

Pour into Pan: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it out evenly.

Ingredients
500 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 cup yogurt, whisked
2-3 green chilies, slit
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2-3 green cardamoms
1-2 black cardamoms
1-inch cinnamon stick
2-3 cloves
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
4 tablespoons oil or ghee
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Fresh cream (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preparation:

Marinate the chicken cubes in the whisked yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking:

Heat oil or ghee in a handi or a deep pan over medium heat.
Add the cumin seeds, green cardamoms, black cardamoms, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Sauté until they release their aroma.
