YogaLab NorthWest is community driven project to bring the community together. YLNW was birthed from a friendship and love of the evolving practice that is yoga. Lara and Kenny both avid students were crossing paths in local studios without ever knowing their friendship was on the verge of blossoming. They had simultaneously signed up for converging teacher trainings & workshops. Their love for yo

ga taking them all over for new influences and experiences began the wheels turning for the YLNW Project. The project is to bring in world class instructors from all veins of yoga. This is not merely a mission of celebrity nor is it a desire to have pomp and circumstance for flash pan instructors, but to help inspire yogis in the community to experience yoga in a new and different way. We have been fortunate to afford workshops, trainings, and retreats with great minds that have put us on the path of possibility, but not all practitioners are able to get away from their busy work and family obligations to venture on these adventures. YLNW works to bring some of these experiences to the local community and drive diligently to select and foster relationships with instructors that have great authenticity and really work the "yogis path" in their own right.
