Welcome! My name is Keri and I am the owner of BK Virtual Administration, located on Australia's beautiful Gold Coast in South East Queensland. With broad-based general administrative, legal and executive secretarial experience spanning more than two decades and several industries, there isn’t much that I can’t turn my hand to. Some of my roles have included:

-Five years as a legal secretary in large, Sydney-based law firms, as well as roles assisting sole practitioners in family law, conveyancing and general litigation.
-Ten years working in recruitment agency roles including receptionist, administration assistant and recruitment consultant/sales consultant.
-Three years generalist human resources experience for large manufacturing firms.
-Various administration-based contracting roles in education, manufacturing, construction and advertising/marketing.
-Three years as personal assistant to a senior executive in the public health sector (Allied Health) in one of Sydney's largest public hospitals.
-Four years as owner of resume writing business. I pride myself on fastidious attention to detail, formidable knowledge of grammar, spelling rules and the finer points of the English language. I have lightning fast and accurate keyboard skills (90 wpm). I love to write, create, rearrange, format and reformat. I am a quick study and will do everything within my power to ensure your project is completed accurately and to deadline, every time. If I can’t do the job or your brief is out of the scope of my knowledge, I will let you know up front and may well be able to refer you to someone who can get the job done. And if there is something you need done that isn't on my list of services – talk to me ... chances are I will be able to help! Services include:

-Typing from handwritten notes/copy typing.
-Typing of manuscripts, thesis, minutes, interview transcripts, webinars - you name it, I'll type it!
-Diary management.
-Event/meeting coordination and organisation.
-Travel arrangements/accommodation.
-Letter composition (letters of complaint, thanks, business correspondence etc.). Give me an outline of what you need and leave me to it!
-Internet research. I can compile information and present to you in an easy-to-read document.
-Proofreading/editing/reformatting.
-Copy writing.
-Social media. Resume writing:

-Resume writing and reformatting.
-Selection criteria responses for government roles - administration/secretarial roles only. -Starting from $200 depending on complexity of criteria questions.
-Resumes range from $180 (junior/less than three years' experience) to $300 (more than three years' experience/managerial/executive resumes). A formal quote will be provided after I have ascertained your needs.
-Candidate interviewing for recruitment agencies (via Skype or mutually agreed upon venue).
-Post-interview referee checks.
-In 2008, I attained accreditation as a Certified Professional Resume Writer through the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches. I managed a home-based resume writing business for four years.
