On the last day of our cruise, we had to be off the ship by 9am but our flight home was not until after 4pm. We made the most of our last few hours in the warm Florida sunshine by visiting Margaritaville Beach Resort at Hollywood Beach.

We walked along the boardwalk, dipped our toes in the ocean, and enjoyed an awesome lunch at the LandShark Bar and Grill. It was the perfect way to end our vacation before heading home to the frigid cold and snow of winter.

Our 4th day on Allure of the Seas started out with breakfast in the main dining room. This is a great tip to escape the craziness of the buffet on sea days.

We spent the rest of the day checking out all the fun activities around the ship.

We ended the night singing along with an awesome guitarist in the Bow and Stern Pub.

Day 3 on Allure of the Seas 🚢. We kicked off 2025 at Nassau in the Bahamas ☀️. After a morning of sleeping in and shopping in Nassau, we got back on the ship for some ice skating 🥶. Yes, there is a literal ice rink on the ship 🤯.

We had dinner each night in the main dining room. There are many specialty restaurants on the ship, but we loved the meals in the main dining room. The food was fantastic and the wait staff was amazing. We are going to miss our waiter Aysegul.

After dinner we went to the theater to see the amazing broadway show Mama Mia. Following the show the young adults went off to hit the dance club while Mary and I enjoyed a night cap in Central Park.

This was the perfect way to kick off the new year. Tomorrow we have a full day at sea so we will check out all the fun activities on the ship.

Day 2 on Allure of the Seas. Relaxing beach day at Perfect Day Coco Cay where we snorkeled, relaxed on the beach, and swam in the largest pool in the Caribbean.

Started our New Years Eve with an amazing dinner where I tried escargot for the first time! Yum! We did some Karaoke, had a rocking NYE party and balloon drop, then finished up the night with some dancing at the club!

Day 1 on Allure of the Seas. Boarding the ship was quick and easy and we were exploring the ship by 11am.

Pro Tip: Check your bags with the porter and just carry on the necessities. Rooms aren’t available until early afternoon so everything that you carry on the ship has to be lugged around until the rooms are open.

This ship is amazing and huge! We did so much in just our first day! One of our favorite family activities today was the silent disco!

Next stop, Perfect Day at Coco Cay for New Years Eve!
