Ding D**g Merrily on High!

It's the return of the carol nights aboard Sailing Barge Edith May

On Tuesday 12th, Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd, we'll be led in song by musician Anna Braithwaite and her musical chums.

Join us aboard for chestnuts roasting on an open fire, mulled wine, mince pies, Christmas cheer and a good old festive sing song.

A touch of Christmas magic as musician Anna Braithwaite leads the carols on the barge on the 12th, 21st and 22nd December.

The bookings and day-to-day running of Sailing Barge Edith May is managed by Tiller & Wheel Ltd - www.facebook.com/TillerAndWheel | www.tillerandwheel.co.uk

Tiller & Wheel Ltd was formed in 2019 by husband and wife team, Ed Gransden and Heather Burgess. Drawing on their individual expertise and passions – Ed’s being sailing & historic vessels of the East Coast; Heather’s in arts, events and cultural engagement.

As the custodians for two historic sailing vessels we aspire to create a sustainable business model to ensure their ongoing preservation. To do this we aim to inject arts & culture at the core of the business and redefine their purpose, from industrial working craft to cultural platforms. Heather & Ed are well versed in transforming and re-purposing a space; having already established a unique art venue – Sun Pier House CIC – by utilising an empty commercial office building in Chatham town centre and turning it into a vibrant gallery, studios, workshop space, venue and tearoom.

The two vessels currently in our charge are –
