Modern 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan with central heating.
We have a gorgeous decking area to front on van, and now a nice gated deck to the side of van which leads to the main entrance door.

We are 2 minutes walk to the beach, the swimming pool and all the entertainments venue
10 minutes away by car from Gt. Yarmouth, Hemsby and Norfolk Broads.

Lots to see and do for all ages, our personal favourites are the pleasure beach fun fair in Great Yarmouth and Pleasurewood Hills.

The caravan sleep up to 8 people

Entertainment passes are not included but can be arranged either by ordering in advance or on arrival from reception. Passes are needed to use the entertainment venues, activities and swimming, they are not needed for restaurant and bar or eateries.

We provide Duvets and pillows.
You will need to bring bedding, towels, toiletries, tea towels.
There is normally coffee tea and sugar. And we leave cleaning products in the van, as we encourage renters to leave the van as they found it.

No wifi available in caravan but Haven will provide Wifi in certain areas of park if you log in (it’s free)

There is a laundrette on site if you require this.
No smoking is allowed inside the van or on the decking areas. If you need to smoke please do so outside the van and please dispose if you cigarette ends sensibly (do not leave on the floor outside my van)
