So COVID wiped out most of the small lodges and gas stations on the Al-Can. We have 35 gallon in the truck and 100 gal aux fuel tank in the back. We would not make it on the truck alone. Sad to see the aftereffects of COVID.

New video on YouTube. This was the best time of our trip with Carmen and her family. We had cultural experiences you just can't buy. The kids learned how to communicate with kids that don't speak any English. It was amazing to see them grow and see people that are very happy with so little. We all learned that travel is just so much better when you get to be with the people of the country. We love the Mexican people and all they did and still do for us. So incredibly blessed to have got to know them.

Last one promise. A little shout out to for helping us figure out the best setup for our rooftop tent. It has been amazing on this Baja trip. We sleep 4 on top and 2 in tents on the ground. If it were really bad out, all 6 of us could sleep in the roof top. #7.3lpowerstroke

Night #2 of our Baja Mexico adventure. We use the ioverlander app and it really saved us this time. We came in right at dark because we fought 40 mph head winds all the way here. I looked this spot up on the app, read the reviews, and checked out the pictures. The wind was still blowing so tree protection from the wind was a must. We are camping 30 min from the border and ready for a smooth entry this time! Had a great night sleep. 🇲🇽

Our Airbb In panama was about 10 feet from the water. We had this little sandy beach where we could sit with our feet in the water. I don't think I will ever get enough of the ocean. How about you? 🌎

El Archo Chato in Panama City. We spent the entire day walking the old Town of Panama in what felt like 95 degree weather. During the walking we decided to walk to a rental car place and rent a car. Haha.

The city is beautiful and full of people. Tomorrow we make our way to the Panama Canal. I have always wondered how that all worked.
