February 2020, FERMENT - a JV between InSitu, Media Surf, and Backpackers’ Japan - is opening “K5” - a hotel + gastronomy + beer tap room + bar complex in the heart of Tokyo.

InSitu、Media Surf、Backpackers’ Japanの合弁会社FERMENTは2020年2月、東京日本橋兜町にて”K5”をオープンします。ホテル + ビアホール + レストラン + バーのマイクロ複合施設。東京証券取引所一帯の日本橋兜町neighborhoodに熱を注いでいきます。

【NEW PROJECT】

InSitu, in collaboration with Backpackers' Japan and Media Surf Communications, has established "FERMENT INC.", to create K5, a micro-complex (hotel + restaurant + café + beer hall + bar) in Kabuto, Central Tokyo. K5 is a renovation of a 100-year-old historic building, and was conceptualized by FERMENT INC. to become a catalyst for revitalization of the old financial town by bringing in young talent in areas spanning from gastronomy, mixology, to coffee brewing. K5 will open its doors February, 2020.
