Conference Information:

Warm-Up Saturday 9:20-9:45amCST
LANES 4-8 (if you live in/near London, that's 10:20am EST)
[1st team in pool at 7:45am CST is Rays--to give you an idea of when to arrive and set up your area. Please sit near other Barracudas. There will be tents outside in the parking lot, people sitting in the foyer, and bleacher seating for seeing races--best view is timing, so sign up with Aaron Rupard!

If you purchased a tshirt, please pick them up from the Rupards! (And pay if you have not already done so)

PRELIMS start 10am CST with Event 7!! [No relays til finals]
Make sure to get your time from your timer and tell Amy or Collin AND tell your ADULT(mom or ?) So you can check times against results as they are posted on the wall! If your timer time is faster than the result post & your real time would have been a top 16 finish, PLEASE let us know ASAP. Top 16 move on to FINALS!
Some events automatically advance to finals because there are fewer than 16 entries.

Bring cash to purchase a heat sheet! They tend to be pricey. READ YOUR HEAT SHEET CAREFULLY WATCHING FOR SKIPPED EVENTS SO YOU DON'T MISS YOUR RACE!

FINALS WARM-UP (could move, but right now 3:40-4pm CST
FINALS MEET START 4PM CST

For this meet you'll want extras--goggles, caps, suits, towels, comfy clothes, chairs/blankets to rest in, snacks, card games. Prelims are busy and go by fast but then there's a break and finals. It's like 2 meets in the same day. Make preparations to create an enjoyable space for this.

REMEMBER TO SWIM FAST & CHEER ON ALL YOUR TEAMMATES!!! Go Barracudas!

We will need 6 morning prelim timers--3 for 1st half & 3 for 2nd half

We will need 7 finals timers- 3 for 1st half & 4 for 2nd half

We will also need someone in awards after finals start.

You all have been great about helping out with timing this season! Please help us finish the season strong!

Swim Parents:

Our first swim meet is scheduled for Tuesday June 20th at home against Russell Rays. In order for our meet to run smoothly, we need 12 timers (6 for first half & 6 for second half). If you have never been a timer for a swim meet, it is the easiest task to do and it provides you with the best view of each of the events! Please sign up at practice this evening or tomorrow morning. Thank you!

Good evening swim family! We will be placing our PARENT t-shirt order tomorrow at noon. If you are interested in ordering a shirt the cost is $15 for small through extra-large. For 2X please add $2 and for 3X add $3. Again, we must have a response by noon tomorrow, Tuesday, June 6, so that we can get the shirts ordered and in hand soon.
