We are getting closer to launching the PROVENCE FRANCE trip for booking!!! 🥐

I had a slight delay last week as I was out for the count with salmonella poisoning and it took me a full week to recover 😵‍💫 I’m back at it, and have been spending a lot of time this weekend putting together all the final information about the retreat, pricing and a sample itinerary…etc.

I plan to send out an EMAIL with this information and open it for booking there first. So if you are not on our email list, be sure to get on it so you will have PRIORITY ACCESS to book your spot! The link to the email list is above in my profile, but if you don’t find it, send me a message.

Once the retreat is ready to be launched, I will send an email and post here so you know exactly when the booking email will come.

Don’t forget to chat with your friends or family members if you’re hoping to travel with someone! We will only have room for 5-7 ladies, so be sure to book your spot early!

The dates for the Provence France retreat is May 18-24 (6 nights!) May is the perfect weather in the south of France! It’s warm enough to lay around by the pool during the day, but cools down beautifully in the evenings. And it will be WAY less busy before the summer crowds!

🎉 I’ve booked our accommodation for the first retreat!!! 🎉

Over the next week or so, I’ll be putting the details + pricing together to finally announce the opportunity to reserve your spot!

Start chatting with your friends, co-workers, sister, mother, or daughter, because there will be a significant discount if you book with another person and share a room!

I’ve reserved 2 apartments/cottages at a traditional 18th century country house in the heart of Provence, that each contain 3 private bedrooms with a bathroom, and a king size bed (which can be split into twins if you are sharing a room). More details on the accommodation will be described in the retreat announcement email. If you aren’t subscribed to our email list, be sure to get on it for PRIORITY BOOKING!

BONJOUR MES AMIES!!!

I’ve been researching and planning for the Provence France retreat, and I’ve found the PERFECT boutique accommodation!!!

Imagine experiencing the best of Provence while staying at a private B&B in the countryside with a pool, and a delicious French breakfast each morning to start your day! 🥐

In addition to this we will have a schedule of activities + relaxation mixed in, such as exploring charming villages, shopping at the local French markets, visiting the famous lavender fields, wine tasting/tours, biking/hiking through countryside, incredible dining, and more! It will 100% be a magical trip to remember!!!

Since this will be our first retreat, we will be keeping it very small. There will be room for only 3-4 people (plus me!) I just need to confirm the date, but it will be July in the heart of lavender season!!! 💜🌿

2025 Travel UPDATE✈️

After much much thought, I’ve decided to change up our destinations for next year!

Originally I was going to start with a trip to Paris, however in my heart the quaint + charming countryside villages are calling me more for the type of retreats I want to lead! As much as I ADORE Paris, I want to stick to a “slow + relaxing” travel focus.

I’ve settled on going to the Cotswolds/Bath area (English countryside) and Provence (French countryside) 💕 I’m working on finalizing exact dates to release very soon, but both will be between May-August 2025.

The good news is that with both destinations, you can easily add on a few days before or after the retreat and visit Paris or London on your own! Both are VERY easy to get to from where we will be!

I’m SO incredibly excited to explore these regions!!! And I can’t wait to see who will join me!!!

Cotswolds/Bath is a lovely region in England known for its honey-colored stone quaint villages, rolling hills, and charming market towns. If you are a Jane Austen or Bridgerton fan (like me), then this will be a trip to remember!

Provence, a region in southern France, has picturesque landscapes, quaint villages, and a slow travel lifestyle. Visit the medieval villages, wineries, french markets, and the famous lavender fields.

Monuments
Paris is famous for its iconic landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Sacré Cœur Basilica. These architectural structures are often examples of a particular era in history and can provide a picturesque backdrop.

Museums
Paris has 132 museums, including the world’s most-visited art museum, the Louvre, which is located in a former royal palace. Other museums include the Musée d’Orsay.

Shopping
Paris has many shopping options, including the Champs Élysées, where you can find big designers, and the boutiques in Le Marais.

Food and drink
Paris has a rich culinary scene, including fine dining, French pastries, and delicious food and wine.

Arts and fashion
Paris is also known for its vibrant arts and fashion scene.

Atmosphere

Brazil 🇧🇷 I’m home from my family vacation and on the computer back to work!

We had the most amazing time in Brazil seeing family, showing the boys where their father grew up, and a little about their heritage. It was the BEST experience for them and they absolutely LOVED it!!! 💕

I don’t plan on doing retreats here, but I just wanted to share a few images I took around the historic village of Paraty in the state of Rio de Janeiro, which sits along the beautiful coastline. The landscape is just stunning there! 😍

Slow, intentional travel will be our focus. We will plan to stay in one lovely accommodation in a charming European destination, and then together explore the surrounding areas each day. We will not pack our days full of running around from site to site, but savoring just a couple things each day so we can really get a feel for the area.

Strolling through cobblestone streets, stopping in unique shops, tasting the local cuisine, biking through the countryside, seeing historic wonders as you step back in time, and most importantly taking that time out for yourself to rest and recharge.

Our group will be small, averaging around 4-8, so we can really get to know each other and create some lasting friendships. Think of this as an epic girls trip, only in Europe and a bit refined! 🍷

✈️2025 {anticipated} TRAVEL DESTINATIONS✈️

As I still need to secure a few more “start up” business logistics, I’ve been doing a TON of researching + dreaming of where our first few Retreat Destinations will be, and I believe that I’ve settled on the following for next year!!!

Paris (Spring) 🌸 🥂
Endless Crossaints, Coffee and Pastries, the Louvre, Versailles Palace, Seine river cruise, Shopping, Wine/Champagne, Historical sites + Architecture… It’s Paris, need I say more?

Provence France (Summer) 🌿🥂
Lavender fields, French markets, Wineries, Charming medieval villages, Shopping, Countryside walks/biking, maybe some morning yoga!

Tuscany Italy (Fall) 🍷
Wine country, Exquisite food, Charming villages, Art + Historical Architecture, Countryside walks/biking, maybe some morning yoga!

Not completely sure for 2026 yet but thinking between Portugal, Italy, Spain and England (Costwolds/Bath)

WHERE SHOULD WE TRAVEL FIRST???

Everyone’s been messaging me and waiting for the EXCITING part… where will the retreats be? Especially, when/where will the FIRST one be? ✈️

I’m THRILLED that you are all as excited about this as me!!! 😄

SO I’d LOVE to start nailing down our first destination spot + what month we’ll go!

Logistically we will announce each retreat around 9-12 months in advance, and occasionally up to 18 months. Ideally we will be aiming for next Feb/March 2025 for the first one, and with the hopes of 2-3 total next year! 🤞

So let’s hear it, WHERE DO YOU WANT TO GO? France + Italy are where I’ve heard most so far. However Spain, Portugal and England are also high on the list as well as so many other places! Ha!!

Why ‘REFINED’ Retreats?

Now that I’m in my 40’s, I’m not interested in budget and fast-paced travel anymore. When I travel, I want to experience beautiful luxury accommodations, fine wines, and exquisite cuisine. I want to have time to leisurely stroll through charming villages, see some museums and historic buildings. I want to stay in one place and really get a feel for the area.

My idea for these retreats will be to pick a single city, and stay in something like a villa, a chateau or other similar type luxury accommodation. And from here we can really experience the surrounding area. Each retreat will be around a week in length, so we will have plenty of time to do a variety of things together and some free time to explore on your own. You could even spend a few days before or after the retreat doing some more travel on your own!

Some of the things we may do on the retreat could be going to a winery, exploring historic locations, going on a boat tour, taking a cooking class, a walking tour or hike, or other similar things that may be relevant to the area.

The retreats will have space for about 4-8 women, so we have a better opportunity to create new friendships, and not be overwhelmed with a large group.

Overall, my hope is to create a warm and welcoming space on these retreats, make new friendships, take time for yourself to relax, all while exploring a charming European city! Life’s too short to not take the trip! ✈️
