Is it time to go back to our food preparation roots for better health ... organic vegetables and fruits ... homemade fermented vegetables ... homemade yogurt ... real butter ... homemade bone broth ... grass fed -- no hormone in grains -- raised animals ... non GMO foods, etc? It seems that those retirees who opt to go back to eating "organic" foods are having less health problems.
