Valuation Consortium - Zimbabwe Farm Compensation Valuation Consortium (Valcon) The Valcon database is a powerful tool holding full valuation data on some 4700 farms.

It has the capability to value on any accepted basis i.e. Market Value - including Land and Permanent Improvements; Land only or Improvements only if required; Depreciated Replacement Value as required by the Land Acquisition Act;

Valcon is a close consortium of the seven firms foremost in Agricultural Valuation and Practice. We have available four Chartered Valuation Surveyors all of whom are F

ellows of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors of long standing with a minimum of 35 years experience each and six Fellows of The Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe (Valuation Division) with similar experience plus well trained technical staff. Our experience is not simply local, we have worked throughout East and Southern Africa from Kenya to Namibia and all stops in-between often on sub contract to South African firms who preferred our specialised skills.
