The Warren County Transportation Improvement District (WCTID), along with local partners, is making transportation improvements throughout southwest Warren County to ensure our local infrastructure meets

the needs of our growing community. The Western Row Interchange at I-71 and surrounding area is a popular destination for recreation and business. Our work is part of a coordinated regional program to improve safety, mobility and connectivity in this important hub for economic development and job creation. The purpose of the following guidelines is to ensure that all fans of the Imagine Western Row page experience a respectful, quality environment. Ongoing Ohio Department of Transportation - Cincinnati District 8 pavement work on I-71 north and southbound will require nightly lane closures this week between Kings Mills and Western Row. Warren County (Tuesday, May 14, 2019) - Pavement work requires closing the north Interstate 71 ramp to Kings Mills Road and the ramp from Kings Mills Road to south I-71 from 10 p.m. Tuesday, May 14 until 5 a.m. Wednesday, May 15. The ramps will not be closed concurrently.

We're working with our partners at Ohio Department of Transportation - Cincinnati District 8 to provide an update on the Warren County Heritage Area Transportation Plan. The Warren County Transportation Improvement District (WCTID), in collaboration with the Ohio Department of Transportation, District 8, will host an open house on April 24, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Armco Park Pavilion, 1223 State Route 741, Lebanon, Ohio 45036.

Our partners at the Warren County Engineer's Office have announced that Innovation Way between Socialville-Fosters Rd. and Duke Blvd. will be closed this Sunday, Apr. 14, from 8 a.m. through 2 p.m., for the Criterium Bicycle Race. A detour will be put into place and will be marked with signage. Please be sure to use caution in this area, and good luck to anyone participating in the race!

Check out these amazing photos of continued progress at the I-71/Western Row Rd interchange that were shared with our team. Our partners at Ohio Department of Transportation - Cincinnati District 8 are ahead of schedule and we hope to be able to provide a more specific schedule for ramp openings soon, but there's still work to be completed before these new access ramps are safe and ready for travel.

TRAFFIC REMINDER: As work continues on a full movement interchange at Western Row Road and I-71 with both on and off ramps at the north and southbound ramps, our partners at Ohio Department of Transportation - Cincinnati District 8 have scheduled a traffic switch on Innovation Way between Western Row and Socialville Fosters. Work to shift traffic is expected to begin TONIGHT (10/24) and conclude by 7 am tomorrow (10/25).

Additional lane closures will happen nightly through Saturday on Western Row Rd between Cintas Blvd and Kings Island Dr, and the ramp from I-71 North to Kings Mill Road will be closed from 10 pm Thursday, 10/25, until 5 am, Friday, 10/26.

Lebanon, Ohio – Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio – Innovation Way (CR383), between Socialville-Fosters Road and Duke Blvd, will be closed beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 26, through 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 28, 2018, for the Cincinnati Cyclocross bike race.

Check out the most recent progress on our work at the Western Row Road interchange with I-71. The traffic shift on I-71 has been removed, and original lanes are back to normal.
