🌟🌟Important travel update! 🌟🌟

The new Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) system will be mandatory for European nationals from April 2, 2025. The system is currently in operation for non-European nationals.

Do you need something to look forward to and get you through this cold and dark January? I know I did so I booked myself on a trip to Sri Lanka. I was supposed to do this trip in 2020 but obviously all travel got shut down and Sri Lanka took a bit longer to get up again than most. But now the stars have aligned and it's time for me to take the trip.

Sri Lanka looks AMAZING. It has everything I want from a trip - culture, FOOD, scenery, wildlife and beaches to relax on after all that excitement. I think I'm most excited about the train ride from Kandy to Ella as I've wanted to do that for years.

Sri Lanka is a great destination for EVERYONE - if you're a solo traveller, in a couple or a family - this country has something for all of you (and it's also pretty affordable). It's a destination that works for most months in the year too so if you're looking for an Easter holiday (2025 or 2026), Summer holiday or you want to avoid school hols (like me!) then this could be the perfect choice.

Whether you want to travel independently or in a group with like-minded people, I can help find that perfect trip. I have plenty of family group trips so your kids can mix with others kids from all over the globe and you can mix with the parents or just have some quiet time!

It was my birthday yesterday - the last one in this particular decade....

I spent most of it at my desk working, because many of you have been listening to me and getting ahead of the January rush by booking your 2025 holidays earlier than usual.

Last night, I was thinking about what I want for my birthday and I would LOVE to grow my fb page (sad, I know!)....I only need around 100 more followers to reach the 1,500 mark...and for that I need your help.

Please make my 49th birthday wish come true and share my page with your friends, family and colleagues....and let's see if I can get up to 1,500 followers before I turn 50.....

I'm back, just about recovered and now reflecting on a fabulous celebration in Manchester this weekend. Three jam-packed days.

I was there to celebrate Travel Counsellors 30th and most successful year. We are no longer a small secret that no-ones heard of, we are a £1billion business!

Over the weekend, I ;
⭐ Had meetings with loads of suppliers and am now filled with ideas on how to make the best of your precious time off
⭐Listened to inspirational speakers such as;
💥JO MALONE - learning about her two successful business journeys
💥MO GAWDAT - former c-suite in google and shared his equation on happiness
- check it out as it really does make sense.
💥SARA DAVIES - giving me ideas on how to take my business forward. I will
now be having monthly sessions with her so watch this space as I grow my
business even more in 2025
⭐Laughed along to Vernon (and stared at his gorgeousness!)
⭐Danced along to Nile Rodgers - yes THE NIAL RODGERS - WHAT A LEGEND - still
rocking it at 72. He also spoke to us on Sunday morning about his life.

That's the last half term break over before Christmas and I (and my team!) successfully managed to get 18 families to and from their winter sun breaks over the past two weeks - which is a relief!

Now it's time for my November travellers to head off for their adventurers. The destinations this month are Australia, New Zealand, Costa Rica, West Coast of the USA and quite a few lucky people are heading off to Qatar for the Grand Prix (following that AMAZING offer I was given earlier in the year!).
