Heading back 'home' next week for a whirlwind of magic, mayhem, and maybe a little mischief! 🎉 Kicking things off with meetings (because adulting), then setting sail with a ship full of crazy fun people 🚢🎭, and add in a stay at a resort I’ve never been to - if I start referring to it as ‘my place,’ just go with it." 😂🏡🏰

What a nice way to express gratitude for loyalty! Royal Caribbean International begins giving these crystal blocks when you attain 140 points in their loyalty program, then you get one for every 70 points after that. You get a brick representing the ship you are sailing when you hit the mark. It's the little things sometimes that sets a company apart.

So... When I'm on the road a while, my husband can sense when I'm getting a little homesick and sends me pics of the kids.

This is Nala. 😺 My 5 year old ragdoll. And it we have an abundance of static electricity in the house. 🤣😂🤣

✨ What an incredible start to 2025! ✨

I’ve been sailing with an amazing group and still managed to make some big moves toward our 2025 business goals. 🚢💼 This year is all about education, innovation, and growth, and I’m thrilled to see the results of an action plan we started last year. From saving funds to implementing new strategies, it’s been so rewarding to watch the team embrace the vision and run with it! 🙌

One big lesson I’ve learned: there are only so many hours in the day. ⏳ No matter how long you sit at your desk, the to-do list will still be there tomorrow. So take time to recharge when you can. But the game-changer? Learning to trust again.

After facing the challenges of covid, and a painful betrayal nearly five years ago, rebuilding trust hasn’t been easy. But this year, I made the choice to step out of my head and reach out to people who can help take MEI-Travel to the next level. 💡 (example: A big thanks to Kha for an incredible session for my team to help us work smarter, not harder.)

Surrounding myself with the right people has been empowering, and it’s only the beginning of what’s to come!

Here’s to trusting, growing, and making BIG things happen in 2025. 🚀✨

Welcome (back) Home! I love the location of Disney's Boardwalk, not only for vacation, but for marathon. It's an easy walk to the cheer spot! Funny thing is ... They assigned me the exact room I was in 2 weeks ago... And no, I did not request it. 🤣. Just lucky I guess!

🎉✨ Happy New Year - Welcome 2025! ✨🎉

Well, here we are... a fresh start and a whole year of possibilities ahead! Looking back at 2024, it was full of amazing memories, lots of growth, great new connections... and way too much travel - well wait -- I don't think there is such a thing otherwise my 2025 wouldn't look like it does right now! Honestly, I’m just grateful my husband still recognizes me when he picks me up at the airport. 😂✈️

I’m not one for New Year’s resolutions – I’ve always believed that reflection and growth should happen every day, not just because the calendar changes. Life is all about those little steps forward, leaning in, learning as we go, and appreciating the ride.

Woot!! ✨The Tale of Moana show on board has a matinee!!! I can see it twice AND have dinner! 😁🎉 Still no pics or video... So you'll have to believe me when I say.... It's stunning!

Ya ... The Haunted Mansion Parlor onboard the is everything everyone says it is. Fun, mysterious, creepy, and tasty! And.... One of the best designed ip spaces on a Disney ship. 🤯

And there's a secret menu too! (I'll post that later so there are no spoilers for those who want to avoid it ...)

My only question is ... Why don't we have this in the parks!?!?👻

✨Disney held a reception for those who have sailed 50+ times. (There were folks that have sailed over 120! 🤯) It was a great opportunity to meet senior officers and fellow DCL cruise addicts.❤️ Plus! I got to meet Captain Minnie in her Adventure outfit! ❤️
