King's Tide Retreat is your beautifully appointed 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome on St. Simons Island just 3 miles to the beach. These are some of the newer homes available for vacation rentals on the island and one of the best parts is it has very easy access on/off the island. It's also walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store and Red Fern village. Walk right down to Red Fern to hear live music, have some great seafood and even do a little shopping!

The inside of this home is the classic definition of coastal chic.

The main floor has a chef's kitchen for you to prepare your own meals or have a local island chef come and cook for you!

The master bedroom has a large, comfy King bed with an ensuite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath. One bedroom has a Queen bed and one has a bunk bed which include a full and twin size bed.

The outside of the home has a small patio area with a propane grill for your family barbeque time. You also are close to the pool where you can take a quick dip or spend the day lounging.

In addition, there are fishing poles, beach gear, and two adult bikes available for use.
