Whats a food you have loved on holiday and have made when you got home

This is mine from greece

Tzatziki Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess water
2โ€“3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the cucumber: Grate the cucumber, then use a cheesecloth or paper towel to squeeze out the water.
Mix the base: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Incorporate cucumber and herbs: Stir in the grated cucumber and chopped dill.
Season: Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill: Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
