Our France with Friends tours are offering a wonderful opportunity to relax in France and be treated like a guest in my family home, just outside of Paris!
I personally lead our small group of 6 to 10 for 7 days, through the Paris countryside, chateaux, museums and landmarks, and our veteran chef will teach you French cuisine, presentation and wine pairing.

Come with us on our next travel experience to visit the astounding discovery of Van Gogh’s last painting ‘Tree Roots’ in Auver sur Oise revealed in 2020. The painting was not entirely complete, which explains its unfinished appearance. Andries Bonger, the brother-in-law of Vincent’s brother Theo, described it in a letter: ‘The morning before his death, he had painted a sous-bois [forest scene], full of sun and life. Speaking at at a press conference in 2020 after the discovery of the location—Van Wooten described the painting as a testament, a farewell letter. For Van Gogh said, the thicket is a symbol of the fight for life. And from the severed tree trunks new shoots appear. #VanGogh #auverssuroise #FranceWithFriends
