Are you feeling that there’s something missing in your life but can’t work out what? Do you have some goals but are struggling to achieve them? Are you unhappy in your job and want a career change but lack the confidence or knowledge as to how? If you answered yes to any of these questions or have some similar then it’s possible that I can help you find the answers. We can meet face to face if in

Sydney, Aus (I come to you), or via Skype, phone, email, text if anywhere else. So there is no limit to the location you are in. I have been working with people for over 20 years helping them achieve their goals and be happy within themselves and about their new journey in life. We will spend 4 months together, one hour per week plus tasks to complete. I will be available via email for additional support. If at the end of the 4 months you feel you need more time, we can negotiate a new program. Alternatively, if at the end of the 4 months you are feeling ready to go it alone you will have the option of joining me, and others like you, on a celebratory 3 R's (relax, rejuvenate and reward) retreat in an exotic location where we there will be wonderful activities such as massage, yoga, meditation, day trips, 1:1 sessions with me and free time. I have payment plans for all my programs to make it easier for you. Consider the cost to you, physically, emotionally and mentally and then the financial costs associated with these, if you don't make this step to look after yourself. It can be a lot of wasted money. (Trust me, I know, because I've been there!)
