We had a guest staying with us from May 12-14. We tried to give them a quick intro to the unit, but they were too occupied listening as they have their friends staying in other unit (they booked 2 units as they are 6 pax + 1 toddler in total). Instead, we decided to send them the house rules and guidelines through messenger. On their last day, we checked the unit and were bummed to see stains on the pillowcase. They denied responsibility for it. The sink in the bathroom was all clogged up, but they insisted it was like that before they arrived. As staycation owners, we always make sure everything is clean, tidy, and working well. We also have seen them leaving their towel in the balcony. Ignorance is not an excuse to committing violation as there are reminders posted in the balcony area. It's only our third set of guests, and we never expected to run into this kind of issues so soon. We hope this serves as a heads-up for other staycation owners as well.
