So, the National Plan for Vacation Day is this Tuesday, January 28. So many people in the US are not using all the vacation days they are entitled to, so celebrating this day should help to get people thinking about their future vacations.

Interesting that Neal and I went on a cruise in September and another one in December with more family members. We had a blast! And we're looking forward to setting sail once again real soon. We'll tell you all about it when we get back!

One thing that we are learning is that many cruise lines have lowered their deposits for cruises to only $50 or $75. Many are refundable too. Our recent family trip took us to the Western Caribbean for a 7-day cruise. It was wonderful. Great weather (in the 70's and 80's) delicious food (we keep trying new foods as well as our favorites) exciting entertainment and exotic destinations.
