t time being happy for one another if they are not happy inside and the saddest part is, most don’t know where to start, how to start or who there is to help them along, to keep their head above water and in the end they go back to the old ways that lead nowhere. I am hoping that some of what is written will help you transform the negative patterns and behaviors to free your Self from the stress they put on your shoulders. Deep down if you are willing to get out of a rut, you will find the answer. Just listen to your body, it holds most of the keys to health. I truly believe we are all beautiful and hold a unique ability making us important to our journey here on Earth and no one else has that same ability, we just need to tap into it and not be afraid to succeed. Believing that, no accident, negative experience, another’s judgement, actions or words can take that away from you. You hold the key to unlocking your own potential. Losing weight can be a very frustrating cycle. Before you can lose and keep it off, there’s a few important things you need to know about yourself 1) what are your triggers to make you eat unhealthy? 2) how far back can you pin point your unhealthy relationship with your food? 3) what was the cause of the unhealthy relationship with food?
If you can answer these questions honestly, you can clear the way to a healthier body that isn’t holding onto stress from the past and able to transform the east you want it to.
