The urbanisation Calahonda Beach is situated close to the beach and just 20 minutes away from Málaga airport. In Calahonda you find a good infrastructure with many shopping centres, restaurants, sports facilities, a pharmacy and well accessible beaches.
This charming ground floor apartment is situated in a beautiful urbanisation in Calahonda. You reach Marbella in ten minutes by car and Puerto Banús in 20 minutes. The urbanisation has also a very well kept private swimming pool with sea views. The apartment disposes of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 living room with two single beds, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace. The apartment is situated in the second line to the beach and offers stunning sea views.
At the beach there is the wooden coastal path “Senda Litoral”, which inivites you to walk from Calahonda in Western direction towards Playa La Luna. From the beach of the urbanisation La Riviera in Eastern direction there leads a quite wide comfortable wooden boardwalk approximately three kilometres to La Cala de Mijas. At the side of the boardwalk there are restaurants and bars offering snacks and refreshing drinks. A real highlight: The boardwalk leads parallel to the sea, so that one can enjoy the fresh breeze and the wonderful views of the blue sparkling water of the Mediterranean Sea.

Die Urbanisation Calahonda Beach liegt unmittelbar am Strand und nur 20 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen Málaga Airport entfernt. Marbella erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten und nach Puerto Banús fährt man etwa 20 Minuten.
Calahonda verfügt über Einkaufszentren, Restaurants, eine Apotheke und Fitnessstudios. Diese charmante Parterrewohnung liegt in zweiter Meereslinie und man erreicht den Strand in weniger als 3 Fußminuten über das private Grundstück.
Innerhalb der Anlage gibt es auch einen privaten Pool mit Meerblick.

Am Strand lädt in westlicher Richtung der hölzerne Küstenwanderweg “Senda Litoral” dazu ein, rund einen Kilometer von Calahonda bis zur Playa La Luna zu laufen. In östlicher Richtung führt vom Strand der Urbanisation Riviera ebenfalls ein komfortabler breiter Holzsteg rund drei Kilometer nach La Cala de Mijas. Am Rande des Stegs bieten Restaurants und Bars erfrischende Getränke und stärkende Snacks. Das Besondere: Der Holzsteg führt parallel zum Meer entlang, sodass man mit der Meeresbrise in der Nase die wunderschöne Aussicht auf das blau glitzernde Mittelmeer genießen kann.

********Apartamento con encanto y vistas al mar********
La urbanización Calahonda Beach se encuentra en segunda linea de mar, á dos minutos á pie de la playa y dispone también de una piscine privada con vistas al mar. El aeropuerto de Málaga está a 20 minutos en coche.
Calahonda dispone de centros comerciales, restaurantes, una farmacia y gimnasios.
Este apartamento encantador está situado a diez minutos en coche de Marbella y a 20 minutos de Puerto Banús. El apartamento tiene un dormitorio con una cama doble y un salón con dos camas individuales. En el salón hay una cocina Americana completamente equipada. Además hay un baño con ducha y una terraza, que ofrece hermosas vistas al mar.
En la playa hacia el oueste hay un sendero litoral que invita a caminar aproximademente un kilómetro desde Calahonda a la playa del La Luna. Si nos dirigimos hacia el este hay otra parte del sendero litoral que lleva desde la playa de la urbanización La Riviera unos tres kilómetros a La Cala de Mijas. Al lado del sendero litoral hay restaurantes y bares que ofrecen bebidas y comida. El sendero está construido parallelmente al mar, por lo cual uno puede g***r de las maravillosas vistas al mar mediterráneo azúl y brillante y disfrutar de la brisa del mar refrescante.
