Disney dining dreams came true today! I was up at 6 AM securing every single one of my client’s top dining picks—while they got to sleep in. Waking up to the news that you got every reservation you wanted? That’s the kind of Disney magic I love making happen.

Cinderella’s Royal Table – Dining inside Cinderella Castle with princesses stopping by your table? It doesn’t get more magical than that.

Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater – Imagine sitting in a vintage car, under a starry sky, watching old-school sci-fi clips while enjoying burgers and shakes. It’s fun, it’s nostalgic, and it’s a must-do at Hollywood Studios.

Last week was my first stay at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, and look what I found—Mickey and Minnie dressed as chocolate-covered strawberries! You know I love strawberries, so I probably should’ve taken them home with me… but somehow, I didn’t!

Saratoga Springs has such a peaceful and laid-back vibe, with beautiful walking paths, a fun pool area, and easy access to Disney Springs. It was fun experiencing a new resort and taking in all the little Disney details. But these two were definitely the sweetest surprise!

A Perfect Day Onboard

Today was absolutely incredible! We decided to stay on the ship and soak in every bit of magic.

The morning started in the concierge lounge with a light breakfast. I went with the avocado toast topped with goat cheese and fresh strawberries—such a unique combo, but it just works.

We lucked out with a Royal Gathering reservation, which meant quality time with the princesses. And yes, my girl Tiana was there!

Then it was off to Palo Steakhouse for brunch, and the chicken parm did not disappoint. Always a favorite and just as good as I remembered.

We also took some time as a team to brainstorm new ways to make our clients’ trips even more magical. These moments always remind me why I love what I do.

A quick Dole Whip break in the concierge lounge was exactly what I needed before meeting some of the Fab Five. Then, back at the lounge, we got a surprise character greet with Pluto! Such a fun and unexpected moment.

Dinner at Arendelle brought great food, fun character moments, and all the best Frozen songs.

I popped into Hyperspace Lounge for a quick look before ending the night in my favorite place—the Rainforest Room. And those heated loungers? Absolute perfection. I could have stayed there forever.

Good morning from the Concierge Lounge on the Disney Wish! ✨

This morning, we started our day with a light bite before our brunch later. The lounge always has small plates available, along with a rotating menu throughout the day. For breakfast, we enjoyed options like avocado toast with goat cheese and strawberries, mini breakfast sandwiches, and—of course—all the coffee I could ever want! ☕️

As the day goes on, the menu transforms with an array of savory bites and sweet treats. Think artisan cheese and charcuterie boards, delicate sushi bites, warm pastries, and indulgent desserts to satisfy any craving. Every moment in concierge feels like a touch of luxury!

First Day on the Disney Wish: Concierge Style! ✨🚢

Today has been nothing short of a dream! From the moment we boarded the Disney Wish, concierge service made everything seamless. Check-in was a breeze, and we were welcomed into the Concierge Lounge, a gorgeous space offering small bites, beverages, and a place to unwind.

We then enjoyed a special concierge lunch at 1923, which was such a treat! One of the perks of staying concierge? Rooms are ready by 12:30 PM, so we got settled in early and had time to relax in the lounge before the mandatory muster drill—don’t be late or the whole ship waits for you! ⏳

After catching up with my coworkers, we headed to the Sail Away Party, always a blast to kick off the adventure! Then it was time for a quick change before our 5:45 PM dinner at Worlds of Marvel—a fun, interactive dining experience where you might even get a surprise visit from Spider-Man! 🕷️✨

To end the night, I made my way to my favorite spot on any Disney Cruise Line ship—the Rainforest Room at Senses Spa. Heated loungers, multiple saunas, a cold room… pure relaxation. 🧖‍♀️💆‍♀️
