Growing up in Auckland, New Zealand gave me an excellent opportunity to explore the outdoors and particularly my passion for fishing. Upon the completion of a Marketing Degree from the Auckland University of Technology and working six years as a Marketing Manager, I began to devote as much of my time as possible to traveling throughout Southeast Asia and the South Pacific in search of big fish. I

moved to Mexico where got my start on luxury sport fish yachts as a fishing specialist and deckhand. My love of travel and new adventures led me into the world of yachting where I have been progressing through my tickets for that last five years. I have worked on incredibly busy charter yachts with a wide range of responsibilities, working my way up to First Officer. I have called many places home, including the Bahamas, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Med; and have fished worldwide. I hold an MCA YACHTMASTER Offshore 200 Ton Master License, MCA AEC and I am a PADI certified diver. I am currently working through my OOW modules.
