THE DREAM THAT MANY WILL NOT UNDERSTAND:
Having a bike is a personal dream (one that I've had since I was 3 years old).
One day when I'm very old and when I can't walk anymore, it will be in my garage, or in my photo albums, or inside my home as well as all my riding gear ... those will be my memories.
I've met people who taught me something and have the same spirit and I've met others I'm glad I forgot.
I got wet,
I felt cold,
And I felt hot,
I ate dust,
I felt scared,
I fell,
And I woke up,
I even hurt myself,
but also, I laughed loud inside my helmet, a unique feeling, no one else has felt it!
Talked to myself a thousand times.
I sang and shouted for joy (or to stay awake) like a madman,
And yes ... sometimes, I also cried and still cry in my loneliness.
I've seen wonderful places and lived unforgettable experiences.
Stopped a thousand times to see a landscape.
Talked to perfect strangers and forgot people I see everyday.
Went out with my demons inside and came home with absolute peace in my heart.
I always know how dangerous it is, knowing that the meaning of courage is to move forward even when feeling afraid, but I always controlled it.
Every time I get on my bike I think about how wonderful it (and LIFE) is.
I stopped talking to those who don't understand, (they just don't understand) and learned through gestures to communicate with others passionate like me.
I spent money I didn't have, giving up many things, but all these things aren't worth a moment on a bike.
It's not a means of transportation or a piece of metal with wheels, it's the lost part of my soul and my spirit.
And when someone says to me, "you have to sell the bike and you have to be a more serious person",... I don't answer. I just swing my head and smile.
Riding a motorcycle....... Only Those Who Love Them Will Understand This.

We set out to cross the Pordoi pass after passing via the Staulanza pass in the Dolomites region. We assumed it would be similar, but we were mistaken. That was a fantastic ride, with great motorcycle roads and breathtaking scenery. If you want to see the movie of this ride bellow is the link, enjoy and ride safe! In our opinion, this is perhaps the most beautiful route in Greece and one of the top 10 in Europe. From Karpen*ssi to Lake Trichonida 74 fantastic kilometers through rivers, gorges, mountains, forests, bridges, on a route that is hard to find better, and with a feeling of disappointment when it comes to the end. “Riding Stelvio Pass on a motorcycle is in a league of its own when it comes to touring. It's iconic, frightening, exhilarating, challenging, dangerous, and rewarding – all at the same time”. In my 40+ years of riding and since we ride a lot in mountainous Greece and the Greek islands, we are very familiar with hairpin turns. The Stelvio Pass, on the other hand, is an extraordinary experience. The next day, after passing through the magnificent Pordoi and Sella passes, we continued to the Stelvio pass. Sun kissed the high peaks that glistened in the damp winter air as the thick rolling fog began pouring down the mountain side, and yes we ride the valley every year and you feel like it's always the first time! Serene, spiritual, magical, mystical, extraordinary, breathtaking, immense, inspiring, impressive. These are only some of the words people very often use in an effort to describe the phenomenon. A trip to Meteora offers the unique experience of nature’s grandeur in conjunction with history, architecture and man’s everlasting desire to connect with the Divine. From the early Christian times, the Meteora vertical cliffs were regarded as the perfect place to achieve absolute isolation, to discover peace and harmony and, thus, to support man’s eternal struggle for spiritual elevation, is a truly inspiring and sensational setting of overwhelming rock formations, but one must also be prepared to expect that this trip is much more than merely visiting an exquisite landscape. It is a pilgrimage to a holy place for all Christians around the world, the place has become a preservation ark for the 2000-year-old Christian Orthodox creed.
