Location, location, location!! Our homes are located in the desired Holiday Inn section of OL and are only 200 yards to the beach. This house is next to our other home, Double Decker, 1173A. We have many repeat guests who come back every year to sit out on the deck and relax with their families.
We are verified homeowners through OL and a verified Facebook business. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards. To ensure your safety and ours, we accept bank checks, money orders and personal checks only. Before a contract is sent, we must speak to you on the phone. No exceptions!
Main level of the home:
Step in to the open concept lower level of our home. The kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs. Corian countertops, breakfast pump out with table and chairs, stool seating at the countertop, and a bistro table with 4 stools. This house has a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee pot.
Relax in the open living room with a 52” flat screen TV with Wi-Fi and expanded boosters. The private master bedroom has a queen bed, jetted whirlpool bath tub, separate stall shower and granite countertop. 32” flat screen TV.
There is a half bath on this level as well.
We offer a full size laundry room, washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board. Two doors on this level open to the massive covered wraparound deck which wraps around three sides of the house.
Upstairs level:
The beautiful main bath on this level has a bump out area with a jetted whirlpool bath bath, separate stall shower and granite countertop. Feel like a king or queen when you bathe in this beautiful spot!
3 upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and all have new 32" flat screen TVs.
The fifth bedroom is an open concept bedroom. (Please see pictures.) It has two full beds. Kids love to call this their own TV hangout spot.
Outside areas:
Enjoy the massive covered wraparound deck which wraps around three sides of this home. There are tons of outdoor seating with two large glass tables, a picnic table for the little ones and two Adirondack chairs.
The outside shower has hot and cold water and a new faucet installed in March .

Driveway parking:
This home, like our other home, has a large oversized driveway which can park 4 large vehicles. It is very easy to get in and out as we are on a double wide road so no worry like the smaller little roads that are in Ocean Lakes.
Driveway for golf carts:
We get many compliments on the golf cart driveway with its own electrical outlet! This driveway backs out right onto a road for easy in and out. No more shuffling around vehicles!
Our reservation deposit is $1000 and it is collected upon confirmation of the reservation. Our refundable security/damage deposit is $500 and is due 60 days prior to arrival along with the full balance. After making the $1000 reservation deposit, you may make payments along the way.
Sorry no animals of any kind or size in our homes as we are animal/allergy free. Licensed drivers may rent a golf cart from OL or bring your own. No smoking/vaping/juuling/candles/personal grills. You must be 27 to rent this house. We do not rent to high school or college age for senior week or spring break. No groups, events, or for the purpose of a party, wedding, or biker weeks, etc. Motorcycles are not allowed on Ocean Lakes roads and must be parked in the overflow parking lot.
