Refurbishment of “In Shape” hairdressing salon completed in a 4 week closed period. Work entailed complete strip out, two structural openings, two new kitchen areas, new flooring, redecorate, new cloakroom and store room, rewired (Bruce Mclaren Electrical ),new central heating radiators and boiler (123 Plumbing & Heating) and installation of salon fittings.

Same cladding to bungalow, but this time the cladding has been brought forward to allow 75mm of extra insulation underneath.
The house is a timber frame construction so the panels below the windows were only studwork walls with 50mm of insulation, causing cold panels inside under every window.
The customer noticed a difference in comfort levels immediately.
