This spacious 8 Bedroom, 5 bathrooms Executive home sleeps 20 comfortably. Decorated in a nautical theme by one of the premiere designers of Central Florida, this Maui model home features two first floor master retreats and a cabana bath. Second floor bedrooms share Jack-'n-Jill baths giving multi-family privacy. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's and public rooms like the game loft, theater room and living room have large screen smart TV's. The Neighborhood The house sits on a Southeast corner lot in the Champions Gate Community, Relax as Morning to mid-afternoon sun bathes the extended screened pool and spa. The undeveloped land to the rear of the house gives a bit of privacy, unrestricted morning sun and a beautiful view. Kick back for a movie in the theater room while the kids play games in the games room. Bring your PlayStation 3 games, rent one at one of the two Redbox locations minutes from the house or download a game or movie using the high speed wireless internet. It's the perfect place to get together. All close to the Oasis waterpark and all of the resort amenities. Getting around It’s less than 2 miles to the local Publix to stock the full kitchen. Travel 2 miles south to Target and MORE! Restaurants ranging from fast food to casual are nearby when you want to let someone else cook. 12 miles from the Disney Parks and close to I-4 for quick access to the airport, Universal Parks, Legoland, and Tampa. Other Things to Note We are within walking distance to the Oasis water park, which is included in your stay.
