Casa perfetta, vista eccezionale, pulizia e ospitalità. La casa di Anita ha tutto quello che serve, gode di una posizione eccezionale per raggiungere sia le spiagge più belle che la piazzetta. La consiglio fortemente. Anita è una persona eccezionale, molto gentile, presente e una dispensatrice di ottimi consigli. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!!!

Anita’s place is a dream come true. The position on the island is outstanding, just 10-15 mins walk from la Piazzetta. The area is very quiet, exactly where locals live, and one step away from all natural paths. At the same time, you can easily reach the buzz of the restaurants in the centre of the village whenever you feel like it. The terrace is a beautiful place to tan and relax. I would definitely recommend Anita’s place, only wish I could keep the place for myself forever!

This place far exceeded our expectations. Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Anita was the perfect host. She’s the type of person you feel lucky to have met while traveling. Will definitely try to make our way back to Capri and back to this Airbnb.

Remi e Aya, agosto 2019 We spent an excellent week in Anita and Martina’s place It is very well located a bit away from crazy center and ideal for walks The house is nice and decorated with elegant and simple taste and we felt like home rapidly The view on the sea is a miracle, such a pleasure to have breakfast outside . Anita and Martina were really nice and helpful, we would love to come back one day

My wife and I had the pleasure to stay at Anita's beautiful apartment. The unit is spacious, clean and has a ton of character. I think what made our trip unforgettable is Anita. She's such a sweet person, provided ton of suggestions and was a joy to interact with. There's a good reason why she is so highly rated on Airbnb. And she truly deserves it. Thank you again Anita.

Spacious apartment with a spectacular view and large terrace. Very well located within easy walking distance to local restaurants, bars, supermarket and numerous monuments. Lovely host and thoughtful touches!

L’isola dell’amore
La casa è molto confortevole, accogliente e spaziosa, la camera da letto confortevole e riposante dotata di una bella finestra con tanto di persiana ed infissi di colore bianco tripla classe a di ultima generazione, dove poter dormire e riposare in totale relax. La cucina è dotata di ogni comfort spezie, caffè, te e una piastra dove preparare degli ottimi toast per una colazione salata, tanto quanto potersi preparare un ottimo pranzo o una bellissima cena romantica a lume di candela. La zona living con due divani comodi un tavolo basso, e uno grande dove potere scrivere o inviare lettere e cartoline. Lo spazio esterno dotato di tavoli, sedie, e lettini dove potersi rilassare, ed una tenda nuovissima dove scegliere se ripararsi o prendere del sole in tutta tranquillità. La posizione è ottima vicino a supermercato, a punti di interesse e al centro di Capri, camminando si possono ammirare delle panoramiche vista mare mozzafiato.

We throughly enjoyed meeting, and our stay at Anita's. Anita was a delightful, friendly host, and her apartment very spacious, and homely. We had a private patio and view of the sea. Her directions were accurate and easy to follow and communication great. We can recommend Anita's accommodation to future guests.

The lovely casa of Anita and Martina is a wonderful place for a perfect stay in Capri. It is perfectly located to discover the island, the apartment is super clean and furnished with lots of love. We enjoyed the sun on the beautiful terrace in between flowers and plants and had a great time in bella Capri! Anita was very helpful, she gave us the best addresses and secret tips where to eat the best food or have the best view over the blue sea. Grazie mille Anita, carissimi saluti, we hope to come back soon!

This home is spacious, clean and charming and Anita was a gracious and helpful host. Do know that the home is about a mile up on a pedestrian path, so you should hire a porter at the main square in Capri. Anita gave us invaluable tips for enjoying our stay in Capri, and she called for a porter to take our suitcases to the port the morning that we left. (System is that you pay porter to pick up suitcases, and then again to retrieve suitcases in the dock). We enjoyed our stay greatly!! Kristen and Doug Maggio 2019
