BOHOL WAS AMAZING!! We didn't know it at the time but Bohol was probably the highlight of our Philippines adventure!
This was our first day in Bohol and we decided to rent motorbikes and explore the island of Panglao, the rain had other plans! We spent most of the day at Hinagdanon Cave Pool - a must see!
We stayed at Bohol Vantage Resort on Panglao Island.

Philippines' BADJAO TRIBE - SEA BED HUNTING ON ONE BREATH
Badjao means the Man of the Seas, this Tribal Group is known as the Sea Gypsies because they move with the wind and the tide on their small houseboats called vintas and layag in Maranao.
The Badjao refers to several AUTRONESIAN Ethnic Groups of Maritime Southeast Asia. The Badjao are traditionally from the many islands of the Sulu Archipelago in the Philippines where they are grouped together with the Moro people, as well as parts of the coastal areas of Mindanao and Northern Borneo. In the last 50 years, many of the Filipino Sama-Bajau have migrated to neighboring Malaysia and the Northern islands of the Philippines, due to the conflict in Mindanao. As of 2010, they were the second-largest ethnic group in the Malaysian state of Sabah. Groups of Samah-Bajau have also migrated to Sulawesi and North Kalimantan in Indonesia.
