Anti-gun Judge in WV has allowed anti-gun/ anti-range VA plaintiff to produce all customers/ visitors private information from Peacemaker National Training Center Shooting Range. Although Berkeley County, WV specifically exempts shooting ranges from their noise ordinance and prevents nuisance claims against shooting ranges, the complaint was filed and not dismissed by the court.

Nuisance is a common-law tort. It means that which causes offense, annoyance, trouble or injury.
