Where’s all this energy coming from?

Fats! Being broken down for fuel.

And boy do I have a full tank! 🤣

36 hours of fasting and counting…

Still feeling the energy after hitting the gym for a workout yesterday morning, a moderate run yesterday afternoon, and now a 12.67km bike ride.

At home now and will still do a quick body weight training, and again a run this afternoon.

Keep pushing.

Let your mind dictate what your body can achieve.

On to the 48th hour.
