Covid-19 Update:
We recognize guests' concerns regarding cleanliness this year in particular, so we'd like to assure our visitors that we are implementing the following deep cleaning procedures in between stays:
• Airing out entire house for 5 days and exposing blankets and bed-covers to max sunlight.
• Wiping all door k***s, cabinet handles, light and appliance switches, remote controls, sink and shower handles, window shade edges and pulls.
• Washing all bed-linens, sheets and towels in super-hot water, drying in hot drier.
• We provide complimentary wipes and hand sanitizer.

Forest Beach Cottage has been in our family since 1956, that's 4 generations! We've been sharing our house near the beach with family, friends, and guests for more than a decade, and we pride ourselves on providing the simple New England comforts that have made Cape Cod famous. Our pine paneled interiors, full kitchen, 2 baths and outdoor shower open onto yards and woods that give visitors privacy, but access to nearby beaches, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

Forest Beach Cottage
Forest Beach cottage is comfortably decorated in Classic Cape style, a two minute walk from Forest Beach, and 10 minute spectacular walk through the dunes to Cockle Cove. Two bedrooms, two baths (one an outdoor shower), with pull-out sofa in family room (sleep six). The quaint interior has TV, DVD, VCR players, Central air conditioning, Hi-Speed internet, and local phone service. Washer/ drier and charcoal grill, and bicycles are in the garage. Easy access (1/8 mile) to the Old Colony Rail Trail between Chatham and Dennis, which joins the Cape Cod Rail trail to Wellfleet. A 5-minute drive to Red River Beach and 10 minutes to charming shops and restaurants in Chatham Town Center.
Other local features include restaurants, theaters such as The Dennis Playhouse, Cape Melody Tent, Ohio State Players, and the Harwich Junior Theater. Visit the Chatham Airport for charter rides, The Chatham Train Museum, ice cream shops, the Cape Cod National Sea Shore nature preserve, Whale-watching, Monomoy Island seal cruises, and fast-ferry day cruises to Nantucket. Charter fishing boats operate nearby. Take a stroll through shopping streets of town to Chatham Light.
Chatham is one of New England's most beautiful locales, and its unique location on the Cape surrounds it with water, harbors, dunes and sandbars on three sides. A fantastic place to visit, on-season or off-season.
