From Ayres Rock NT on the 1123km epic drive on the Great Central Rd (Strayas Longest Shortcut) to Laverton in WA only 333km of Tar and the rest dirt, and 6 days later l made it trouble free. The sites you see when travelling in the opposite direction is so worthwhile. Enjoy.

Spent 2 nights in the Daly River Xing and Adelaide River region.l was thinking about going for a swim in the Adelaide River but I made the right decision not to after spotting 5 crocks.

Had a great 3 hrs at the Adelaide River WWII War Cemetery, bombing of Darwin ages from 18 to 52. I took some of 296 headstones with names that l have herd of,
maybe you could let me know if in anyway you were related. I'm still pi**ed off as to WHY we were not tought in history at school about this UNNESSERSERY SENSELESS BOOMING. RIP to all who was involved Lest We Forget.

Thanks Darryl and Gaye for the 10 day catchup. 10/10 hospitality, the pressures moments from the past remanissing and the present, the many laughts which we all need from time to time. You are both real loving people. G**s rocket hire ran like a rocket in reverse at 43kph ?? The friends of yours l meet was a real pleasure. I know now that you both have plenty of loving support. Just got back from a drive in D & G rocket. Berry Springs 2nd time and back into Lechfield NP did an 8.3 walk to look at Walker Creek, and great 36deg day with plenty of swimming involved. Every camp site had different waterfalls, and water holes enjoy. And 1 4 Darryl Trinne

A very enjoyable day in the Kimberleys at lovely Litchfield N/P. It's the 2nd time l have been there, the last time woz 4 years ago. But thanks to gayes hirecar l was able to get into the areas where I couldn't last time. I hope you enjoy. And found LOST CITY and the largest pothole l have ever seen, and no Darryl the rocket doesn't need a wheel alignment.
