Recognizing its potential as a hub for Virginia Agritourism, the Bertrands made the bold decision to repurpose the barn into something truly special—a destination where people could enjoy wine, beer, and the serene countryside, while also hosting a variety of events.

What sets Oasis apart is the hands-on approach taken by the Bertrand family. With Glenn Bertrand, Sr., Glenn Bertrand, Jr., and Valetta Bertrand-Baker all being licensed Class A Builders in Virginia, they led the transformation of the barn from start to finish. Drawing on over 45 years of experience in the construction industry through their company, Diamond’s Management Group, Inc., the Bertrands bring a wealth of knowledge to the project. Their commitment to quality, customer service, and community engagement ensures that Oasis will not only be a place for enjoyment but also a pillar in the local community.

This stunning property will not only double as a brewery and winery, but also serves as an idyllic venue for any occasion. Divided into three distinct phases, Oasis's initial phase serves as a premier event space, hosting private winery and brewery events such as weddings and corporate gatherings. Phase two, set to open in Spring 2025, will unveil a charming tasting room accessible to the public, while the third phase, anticipated for later in 2025, will introduce the elegant manor house, completing the enchanting experience.
