Inaugurated Jan 1990. The joint aims of the Society are for gentlemen to enjoy golf and après golf with equal, and all consuming enthusiasm.
As a Kuala Lumpur based society it was recognised by the founding members that (according to official forms) Malaysia is comprised of principally three races, namely Malay, Chinese & Indian, and a third category which were deemed as "Other". All three of the main race categories had various golfing groups they could join, but there was non for 'Others'. Hence the KLOGSociety was formed.
