Meet a home maintenance service company.

Their quarterly services includes:
✅ all appliances for proper operation
✅ temps on ovens, fridges, ice makers
✅ descale/clean ice makers, dishwashers (clean filters)
✅ replace light bulbs/can lights (inside and out)
✅ replace HVAV filters and check for water leaks
✅ clean washing machine and dryer (remove lint that you can’t reach)
✅ replace batteries in smoke detectors
AND SO MUCH MORE!

We use Casa Verde for our personal house and starting this year we are including a year of service on all our new TJCH homes! 🏡
