Our experience was great and in depth. We were toured by Abdul Maalik Tailor, who's excellent guiding had you fully engaged in his descriptions. His tour itself was definitely worth the time and easy to understand. Abdul Maalik was friendly and answered all of our questions well. You could easily tell he was very experienced and had done thorough research in his delivery.

What an amazing day we had, at the British museum with Abdul Malik! We went along with other homeschooling families. The guide engaged the children very well and kept their interest going with questions, facts, challenging their common understanding.

We've been to British Museum many time with children before but seeing it through the lens of Abdul Malik's research and passion was absolutely invaluable. My daughter and her friends had a great time :)

As a homeschooling mum who's always looking for out of box and affordable learning experiences for children, today was the perfect -hands on history experience for us.

Looking forward to book more tours in the future!

Seriously, this tour was amazing! 🤯 I had no idea Muslim history in London went back so far. Literally way before the 1900s! As someone born and bred here, it was incredible to see how much Islamic influence there's been, right in the heart of the City of London.

Our guide, Abdul Maalik Tailor, was awesome, and it genuinely made me feel proud to learn how much Muslims have positively contributed to our city over the years. For example, finding out that coffee was first brought here from Muslim lands in the 1600s is mind blowing!

It was a walking tour too, which meant we got to see everything properly. If you wanna discover a side of London's story that you probably haven't heard before, I'd seriously encourage you to check out this tour and others they have. It totally changed how I see the city's past!

We went on the London Outdoors Tour with Mr AbdulMaalik Tailor as part of a group. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children. His engaging delivery was enough to make me forget about the winter cold. His detailed descriptions made me feel as though I was being transported back in time, and I could see London at the time period being described in front of me. On this tour, it became apparent that there are many "hidden secrets" in London that I was not taught in the UK history school curriculum. Mr Abdul Malik made an effort to be engaging with the children in particular and involve them in the tour.

I had been wanting to do one of these tours for a long time so when I saw that there was a special winter offer I grabbed the chance , I was definitely not disappointed. Brother Abdul Malik was superb , he is very knowledgeable and delivers the tour in an informative but very fun way. He was very professional at all times and answered all of our questions with patience and humour. I learnt so much in that couple of hours and was blown away with some of the things I learnt ! I have been going to the British Museum for decades but was taken to places in the museum that I hadn’t even noticed before and we also viewed objects that I certainly didn’t know was there or that had a connection to Islamic history! I would highly recommend doing this tour or one of the many others that are on offer. I definitely will be attending future ones. And there are many exciting new tours and trips we found out that,that hopefully will be launched next year !

The tour guide was so knowledgeable. He provided great insights and information about the islamic events, artefacts and arts. I strongly recommend this tours to learn a different and real version of history than what we've been fed for years.
