I had been wanting to do one of these tours for a long time so when I saw that there was a special winter offer I grabbed the chance , I was definitely not disappointed. Brother Abdul Malik was superb , he is very knowledgeable and delivers the tour in an informative but very fun way. He was very professional at all times and answered all of our questions with patience and humour. I learnt so much in that couple of hours and was blown away with some of the things I learnt ! I have been going to the British Museum for decades but was taken to places in the museum that I hadn’t even noticed before and we also viewed objects that I certainly didn’t know was there or that had a connection to Islamic history! I would highly recommend doing this tour or one of the many others that are on offer. I definitely will be attending future ones. And there are many exciting new tours and trips we found out that,that hopefully will be launched next year !

The tour guide was so knowledgeable. He provided great insights and information about the islamic events, artefacts and arts. I strongly recommend this tours to learn a different and real version of history than what we've been fed for years.

Did the final episode of Season 1 of Only Fools and Horses, which aired on BBC on 13 October 1981, support Palestine?In this episode, the character Rodney Trotter is seen wearing the Palestinian black-and-white checkered keffiyeh, a symbol often associated with Palestinian liberation and freedom, though it is also commonly worn by Palestinians as part of everyday clothing.The episode may carry deeper significance, as Derek “Del Boy” Trotter buys a nuclear shelter in anticipation of a nuclear war. The Trotters decide to build the shelter as part of their plans.The timing of this episode is notable, coming in the same year that Israeli planes bombed Iraq’s unfinished nuclear reactor in June 1981, killing 10 Iraqis and one French national. This operation, known as Operation Opera, received significant criticism, including from the US and the UN Security Council, which passed two separate resolutions condemning the attack.Could this be a coincidence? #1981
