NYS is requiring that all home inspectors that take mold samples will have to take a 32 hour course to receive a NYS license. I am heading to Latham, NY for the four day course. Mind you I have been taking air samples and swabs for 15 years. No grandfather clause for it. Hopefully NYS will follow through with it.
